Solving the puzzle of sleep is something I find really interesting!

I have spent the last 10+ years working with and supporting families in their parenting decisions.

You know your child the best and I want to empower you to make the most informed decision about how to support them in sleeping well. Sleep isn’t a binary thing, it requires a holistic approach. Developmental milestones, feeding, playing & emotional needs can all play a role in sleep. The first few years of a child’s life involve so much growth and change, which needs to be taken into consideration.

My approach is compassionate, supportive, as well as responsive.

I will help you understand your child’s sleep needs, what they may be trying to communicate to you & support you in implementing new routines, or transitions.

I aim to avoid non-responsive options such as the ‘cry it out’ method, it’s no more successful than any other methods. They may sound logical but in practice can be unpleasant for both you and your child.

I understand that the sleep training process can be challenging for both you and your child, and I want to assure you that I am here to provide ongoing support every step of the way. Throughout this journey, I will be readily available to address any questions or concerns that may arise, ensuring you feel confident and informed. Whether it's sharing tips, offering reassurance, or simply being a listening ear, my goal is to create a supportive environment that fosters positive sleep habits. Your child's well-being is my priority, and I am committed to being an accessible resource as we navigate this important transition together.
